About Us
Greek School classes are set to begin on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023. We are excited to welcome returning students and new students. Please use the registration link to register online so that we can email you details about the start of the school year.

During the school year, the students will get a chance to learn the Greek language, be enriched in our culture and customs, and build long lasting friendships. In conjunction with our textbooks, we will be supplementing our curriculum with our new online technology tools that will help differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all our students. Our students will learn through music, games, and other fun activities to reinforce learning. Our program is complete with special presentations on Greek Mythology and important celebrations throughout the year.
The Saint George PTO is instrumental in creating meaningful experiences for our students to bond outside of the classroom and make wonderful memories for our children.
We look forward to seeing all our returning families, as well as meeting new ones!
Το Ελληνικό Σχολείο ξεκινάει μαθήματα στις 13 Σεπτεμβρίου, 2023. Με μεγάλη χαρά περιμένουμε να καλωσορίσουμε όλους τους μαθητές μας. Οι εγγραφές θα γίνουν μέσω διαδικτύου και ηλεκτρονικών συνδέσμων. Αφού συμπληρώσετε τις φόρμες εγγραφής θα λάβετε περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες για την αρχή της σχολικής μας χρονιάς.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του σχολικού έτους, οι μαθητές θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να μάθουν την Ελληνική γλώσσα, ήθη και έθιμα της κουλτούρας μας, και ταυτόχρονα να δημιουργήσουν μακρόχρονες φιλίες με τους συμμαθητές τους. Σε συνδυασμό με τα βιβλία μας, τα μαθήματα θα συμπληρώνονται με διαδικτυακή τεχνολογία. Αυτό θα βοηθήσει στη διαμόρφωση της εκπαιδευτικής ύλης και την κάλυψη των μαθησιακών αναγκών όλων των παιδιών. Στις τάξεις θα γίνεται επίσεις χρήση μουσικής, παιχνιδιών και άλλων διασκεδαστικών δραστηριοτήτων.
Επιπρόσθετα, το σχολείο μας συμπεριλαμβάνει ειδικές παρουσιάσεις μυθολογίας για τα παιδιά, όπως και εθνικές και θρησκευτικές γιορτές κατά τη διάρκεια του σχολικού έτους.
Τέλως, το σχολείο μας δε θα ήταν ολοκληρωμένο χωρίς την παρουσία του συνδέσμου γονέων. Καθ’ όλη τη σχολική χρονιά αυτός ο σύνδεσμος καταφέρνει να προσφέρει στα παιδιά μας μοναδικές εμπειρίες ανεκτίμητης αξίας.
Για ακόμα μια φορά ανυπομονούμε να δεχτούμε πίσω όλους τους παλιούς μαθητές μας, αλλά και να καλωσορίσουμε όλους τους καινούργιους.

Intro to Greek – Level 1 class for Adults
This 8 week course introduces the alphabet, some grammar and will focus on popular conversational phrases. Classes meet in person on Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM from February 15, 2022 through April 5, 2022.

New students must purchase the book for $85.

Full payment for course and book must be sent to the Church office, prior to February 15.
Make checks payable to St. George Greek Orthodox Church Greek School and write “Adult Greek” in the memo.
Our Mission
The mission of Saint George Greek School is to teach, promote and preserve Greek language, history and culture through multifaceted instruction. Students are presented with all aspects of modern Greek language including vocabulary, reading, writing, grammar and conversation.
